Contractual Conditions

All our supplies are subject to the following conditions, being understood that all our
clients know and accept them.

ORDERS
The orders must be done in writing and according to the references and descriptions of this catalogue.

PRICES
This catalogue does not include prices and informs exclusively about technical characteristics of the products. All prices can be found in the C.E.A., S.A. Price List. The prices are considered exworks, which means, they are valid exclusively for the delivery at our warehouse of Castellví de Rosanes.
The V.A.T. and other charges are not included in the Price Lists.

HANDING OVER OF MATERIALS
The materials will be considered to have been handed as soon as they leave our warehouse of Castellví de Rosanes.
The receiver will undertake to check immediately the goods if the shipment shows any kind of damage, and to check the number of packets received. The damages which may have taken place during transportation will need to be reported in writing to the Courier company in a máximum period of 24 hours from reception.

AMOUNT BY BOXES
The goods will be handed by full boxes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Any sale not exceeding 300 € will be paid in cash. For sales exceeding this value, particular conditions will be stipulated by mutual agreement.

WARRANTY
The warranty, which cover two years from the date of delivery, refers to the building and correct functioning of all devices. The repair of the devices under warranty will take place in our factory of Castellví de Rosanes, excluding the expenses due for the delivery to the factory and subsequent return.
The warranty do not cover the replacement of worn pieces, damages resulting from the lack of maintenance, knocks, inappropriate use, modification or repair by someone not belonging to our company or to the official support service.
The warranty is restricted to the substitution of the damaged piece, not of the whole object. We do not render any kind of allowance for compensations, traveling expenses, labour, or any others.

RETURNS
C.E.A., S.A. will only admit returns of goods due to mistakes in the shipment or manufacturing, for which ceasa might be responsible.
No returns will be admitted if they have not been notified previously to the sales department of C.E.A., S.A.

MODIFICATIONS
CEASA reserves the right to introduce as many modifications as the company may deem adequate to their products, with no obligation to inform anybody previously.

The buyers renounce to their own jurisdiction, submitting themselves for any diligence to the Courts of Barcelona.
